Intro Roadshow 2023

  • It was an insightful 2022 with great successes but also several challenges such as staff & inflation (price)
  • The covid-era lies behind us. It’s time to focus on maintenance & investments at our restaurants & venues.
  • On the 15th of January we had an amazing staff party, celebrating BHG’s 25th anniversary.
  • The new Smakers at the Nobelstraat Utrecht is open!
  • Our new concept ‘Living’ at The Basket Amsterdam is about to open this year.
  • The first 2 months of 2023 were above target (revenue-wise). A good start!
  • Our employees are our asset! We’re happy we found stability on that matter.

  • Planning evaluation and feedback sessions for every employee
  • Continuously improving our onboarding process for new employees
  • Improving our financial reports; the reports are giving us more insights
  • We started with producing concept/brand books for all our concepts. JEU & Restaurant Zuiver are already final.
